This session is a continuation of ‘Support and Education for Parents – Session 13’. This session introduces the parents to project-based learning and its importance. Project-based learning helps answer questions as to why a problem concerns the child and how they are going to deal with it.
The session talks about how parents can use different tools and activities at home to encourage project-based learning in the child. For example, when a family decides to bake together, it is important for the children to know why they are baking, why it is relevant to them, etc. Answering these questions helps the child relate to the activity and understand its importance. These activities help them know the impact of their actions and their importance.
The video lesson guides the parents on how to include project-based learning at home and the various activities and tools which can help them.
