This practical life lesson is designed for 1 to 3-year-old children to learn how to identify and sort different objects. This video is an extended version of ‘Sorting Activity 1’.
The activity helps in building the child’s visual skills and aids and guides them to sort different objects. It also helps in increasing concentration and enables the child to develop order and hand-eye coordination.
The video lesson introduces the child to the different types and shapes of pasta. It guides them to sort pasta based on its shape and put them into separate compartments in the dish.
Collect different objects from around the house, like buttons, rubber bands, crayons, etc. Invite the child to sort the objects, as shown in the video.
