Sorting Activity 1

This practical life lesson is designed for 1 to 3-year-old children to learn how to identify and sort different objects.

The activity helps in building the child’s visual skills and guides them to sort different objects. It also helps in increasing concentration and enables the child to develop order and hand-eye coordination.

The video lesson guides the child to sort wooden chips and pom-pom balls into different glasses. The two objects have different textures and shapes, which allows the child to sort them by touch and observation.

Collect different objects from around the house, like buttons, rubber bands, crayons, etc. Invite the child to sort the objects, as shown in the video.
