In this practical life lesson, we will demonstrate how to cut fruits. This activity is designed for 1-3-year-old children.

This activity educates the child with the practical life skill of cutting a Kiwi. It helps to develop order, coordination, and independence in the children. It strengthens the finger muscles and increases concentration.

Materials Required –
1. Tray
2. Knife suitable for children
3. Kiwi (you can use any other fruit or vegetable)
4. A bowl
5. Cutting board

Invite the child to repeat this cutting activity as shown in the video and build their confidence. Teach them to take good care of the environment by properly disposing of the Kiwi peels.
