Fact Families

In this math lesson, we will be learning about fact families. It is designed for 6 to 12-year-old children.

What is a fact family?
A fact family can be defined as a group of math facts or mathematical equations created using the same set of numbers. The fact family shows the relationships between the numbers involved.

The video lesson demonstrates how to perform mathematical operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with a family of 3 numbers. This method paves the way for a fun and creative method of learning and practicing different mathematical operations.

This practical method enables a better understanding of the math facts and helps in developing the child’s logical thinking.
